Shawn Bullivant - HPC Registered
Former Royal Marine, current HPC Registered Paramedic and HSE Offshore Medic. Extensive experience in the pre-hospital environment with additional medical qualifications including; ALS, PHTLS, MIMMS, ITLS, IMSO Ships Captain Medic, DMT. Current training qualifications and member of the IfL with a history of training of goverment officials and security operators deploying to a range of hostile envinronments thorughout the world. Experience gained as a Close Protection Team Leader in Iraq and current ongoing duties in support of BBC operations. SCUBA Recreational and Technician Instructor in more than 25 areas.
Miss Joanna Higgins (Dr - Clinical Governance)
A Trauma and Orthopaedic registrar currently within training in the South of England. Jo is also a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons and British Orthopaedic Association, with 6 years of post-graduate experience in general medicine, surgery, orthopaedics and trauma. Jo has a strong interest in pre-hospital care and expedition medicine, with qualifications to include ILS, ALS, ATLS and CCrISP.
Sarah Willcock (Dr - Clinical Governance)
A member of the Royal College of Surgeons and Doctor with extensive experience including; Paediatrics, Orthopaedics and Emergency Medicine.
Sarah has a keen and personal interest in Pre-hospital care having recently completed the BASICS PhEC, ATLS, ALS and Expedition Medic. Currently working within the Orthopaedic department within the local hospital she is a keen activist for sports! An active member of the RNLI and member of the RNLI international Flood Rescue team.

Simon Mumford - RN (Events Manager)
A specialist in emergency care with 5 years Accident & Emergency and a current Staff Nurse within the local A&E. Hosts 14 years emergency care within the RNLI responsible for the delivery of casualy care at sea. Keen instructor/trainer offering a wealth of experience both within the in-hospital and pre-hospital envinronments. Simon is also the main man when it comes to event support as our Event Supervisor.

Jen Pearce - RN (Paediatric Training Specialist)
Jen is a qualified adult and Paediatric nurse who is at present working as a clinical skills sister and a resuscitation officer in Gloucestershire. Jen has extensive experience in teaching and supporting staff in resuscitaiton, paediatrics and management of the seriously ill adult and child. Jen is completing a MSc in Advanced practice and is working towards becoming a Paediatric Advanced nurse Practitioner.
