First Line Response is now in its 6th year of trading and continues to develop its services both in quality and availability. FLR is an accredited service provider offering bespoke training packages, event support and equipment supplies nationwide. 

In 2004 we developed our training packages to offer First Aid training to individuals and companies alike, gaining Health & Safety Centre status to ensure that a level of service was maintained. Since this time we have gained professional accreditation through national agencies and enhanced our scope of training courses.

We are proud to offer fully trained Instructors registered with the IfL (Institute for Learning) with a background of practical experience within their individual sectors including; Paramedics, Special Forces medics and specialist Doctors. In addition to this, Instructors hold a working knowledge of public services, the security industry, close protection and working with members of the public. Our medical professionals consist of ex-military, fireman, other emergency services and hold current and valid certification continually updating their personal skill base.

Our national training ability has developed rapidly over the last 12 months with clients including; Fitness First, Department for International Development, SOCA, Councils and Schools.

We have continued to maintain a high standard of service through event medical support services, with our bank staff growing to the region of 200 personnel of all levels. This ensures we can provide a full range of services and skill levels nationally at all times. Event coverage is something that we offered initially as an 'add-on' service but has fast become an essential part of the growth of the business. With clients including; The Labour Party, Foreign Commonwealth Office, Bournemouth International Centre, we continue to provide a service of excellence.

Our latest addition to the business is FLR Supplies, our online medical supplies facility. Through continued requests for First Aid kits and medical supplies it was decided that this is a required asset to our expanding business facilities. Sales have increased steadily since the launch in April 2009, and we look forward to continuing to expand the product database which is still in the process of being uploaded.

We hold full Public liability, Medical Malpractice and Employers liability insurance. All our sub-contractors are covered under this policy and undergo full background checks including CRB background checks to confirm their status, qualifications and skill level.

First Line Response is currently working towards achieving BS EN ISO9001:2000 and UKAS accreditation to ensure that the quality of our service is structured, monitored and developed at all times. We are in the final stages of gaining our 'Investors in People' award and as a look forward are seeing how we can ensure we do our bit for the environment.
